Jason Atherton is known as one of Britain's best-loved chefs and owner of multiple Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. He started out working alongside famous chefs including Marco Pierre White and Pierre Koffmann, before joining the Gordon Ramsay Holdings in 2001.

His flagship restaurant Pollen Street Social opened in 2011 in Mayfair, UK and was awarded a Michelin star within just six months of opening, alongside 4 AA Rosettes and no.3 in The Good Food Guide's best UK restaurants.
